Prayer Request: Protection for my job

Please pray for my job. The department has been understaffed for three years now and the persons who the CFO hired to help on a temporary basis, were not capable of doing the job or they decided it was too much work and they left. He is holding me responsible for other departments mistakes that are reflected in our accounts. The stress is making me sick and I do not know what to do. I cannot afford to lose my job. He is a very young man who wants to impress the Board of Directors and he does not care about the staff. He is constantly calling me in to meetings to hold me accountable for things that do not fall under my portfolio.
Please help me.
